Traute H. Malhotra, Owner & VP
Born and raised in Germany, Traute moved to Dallas, Texas in 1984 after successfully completing her business studies. She has been instrumental in building Spectra Plus, Inc. with her husband. For many years she served as Director of Investor Relations for a local real estate developer and was very successful in building relationships and placing equity capital from European contacts. As a licensed REALTOR®, she is now independently offering investor services, and is a member of numerous real estate and community organizations. As a native of Germany and a trained mediator, she is especially qualified to assist as an intermediary between German-speaking clients and US companies, bridging language and cultural barriers and offering insight on trends and the local business environment. She is an independent member broker affiliated with Keller Williams and specializes in brokerage of local commercial and residential real estate in Dallas and internationally.
In addition to providing services in English she is conducting business in German.
